Riding gear and apparel must be in new/unused condition and include original packaging. Not available with custom order or custom printed gear.

Note: Closeouts, Limited Edition, etc are not eligible unless an alternate size/color of same product is available.

*FREE U.S. Shipping:

Orders with a subotal of $99.00 or above qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping to the Contiguous 48 United States. Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify and will be reflected with rates at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

All Peak Design orders will take 1-3 business days for order processing before finally shipping to you. Once your order finally goes out, tracking information will be dispatched to the email address attached to your order.

Packaging:

Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Fragile or high-value parts will be packaged with additional protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam padding.

Depending on item availability, orders may be split shipped, resulting in multiple tracking numbers and boxes. If you have concerns, please feel free to reach out to our team.

Shipping Rates:

Expedited, international, and states not in the contiguous 48 (ie AK and HI) shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You can view the estimated shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before placing your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
